This is the same chai pati we use in India, it is the best tasting. To make tea with this loose tea, you will need a tea strainer. First boil one cup of water. When you have a rolling boil, add 1 and a half tablespoons of loose tea for approx 6 min. Add 1 cup of whole milk and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 20 min. The liquids will be reduced and now strain into a cup for a delicious cup of milk tea (dud-ki-chai)

I drank it in hyderabad india many many years ago. Last year i found this box in portland store (India Supermarket) and i am hooked on it. I have been searching all Indian stores here but could find. So did the online search and found you guys.
